Last summer, I set out to explore the athletic spirit surrounding the 2024 Paris Olympics, aiming to capture the invisible force that drives marathon runners through joy, tears, and sweat. During the The Paris 2024 Mass Participation Marathon, I found myself in the heart of the city, swept along by runners from around the world for an extraordinary event that sparked deep emotions.

This unique occasion offered an immersive experience centered around the Olympic Games. For the first time, amateur runners had the chance to follow in the footsteps of professional athletes along the original Olympic route, honoring the heritage and history of Paris and France.

I was deeply moved by this vibrant spectacle, featuring around twenty thousand amateurs who gathered to celebrate sports and togetherness in our City of Light.
